Chloe is a Senior Solicitor in our real estate team with a particular focus on the clean energy sector.
Chloe started out in commercial property, working on a wide variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leasing of property. She then gained experience in the rural sector which involved work for landowners, commercial and agricultural lenders, private investment funds and asset managers, dealing with estate management, voluntary registrations, property finance and purchase and sale of rural property including forests, farms, and estates.
