Hayley is a Solicitor within the commercial disputes and regulation team. She specialises in contentious construction and resolving disputes in the fields of engineering, construction, and major projects. Hayley has litigation experience in both the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session. She also has an interest in all forms of alternative dispute resolution including adjudication, arbitration, and mediation. Hayley's clients include employers, contractors, and consultants across a wide variety of sectors.
Hayley has spent time on secondment at a major utilities provider.
